1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bb44" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at bb44.pro, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Platform" means the bb44 website, any mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming and betting services accessible through a registered account.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on bb44 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bb44 Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bb44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and bb44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the bb44 Platform. bb44 takes age verification seriously and will request documentary proof of age — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held within will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

bb44 is operated for and primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bb44 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its target market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bb44. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts in the names of family members residing at the same address — is strictly prohibited. bb44 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances held within them will be forfeited without recourse.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your Account information promptly whenever it changes. bb44 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bb44 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or suspension.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bb44 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform.

You must not disclose your Account credentials to any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use any other Player's Account. Any activity carried out through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify bb44 immediately at [email protected]. bb44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bb44 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bb44 reserves the right to apply individual account limits in line with responsible gaming obligations or AML requirements.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the bb44 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in foreign currencies, where applicable, will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bb44 Account within a few minutes of confirmation. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. bb44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.5 Prohibited Deposits

You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. bb44 maintains AML procedures and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name will be declined and may result in Account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players whose Accounts are in good standing and who have completed any applicable KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with standard AML practice. bb44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

6.3 Processing Time

bb44 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within 15 minutes during normal operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Bonus Fund Withdrawals

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. Real-money funds held in your Account are not subject to Wagering Requirements unless they have been mixed with Bonus Funds in a manner that triggers rollover obligations.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

bb44 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been provided, where an Account is under review, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending wager settlements.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bb44 offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all bb44 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per Player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated period.

• bb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of bb44. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets placed verbally or by any means other than the Platform interface are not valid.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, market type, and event. Current stake limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. bb44 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time and to apply individual account limits without prior notice.

8.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical failure, human error, or data feed malfunction — bb44 reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled. bb44 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly.

8.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to the real-time integrity of the data feed. bb44 will not be liable for losses arising from delays in live data transmission or from in-play market suspensions.

8.5 Abandonment and Postponement

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered after a bet has been placed, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply. General rules provide that bets on postponed events are void unless the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.

9 Casino Games

bb44's casino offering includes live casino games streamed from certified studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), RNG-based slot games (including titles from Microgaming and NetEnt), crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), and other instant-win games. bb44 does not control the software or RNG of third-party game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction within a game, the provider's own dispute resolution process will apply. bb44 will assist Players in submitting disputes to the relevant provider but cannot be held liable for outcomes arising from provider-side technical errors.

Minimum and maximum bet limits within casino games are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. bb44 may apply additional account-level limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human action.
• Exploiting errors in odds, bonus terms, or Platform functionality ("bonus abuse", "arbitrage", "scalping", or "perk farming").
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit after funds have been wagered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.

11 Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

11.1 Suspension by bb44

bb44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, where Account activity raises AML or fraud concerns, or where Account suspension is required to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance held within the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to breach (for example, at the Player's own request), the real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting bb44 support at [email protected]. Players who are self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons should request a self-exclusion specifically, as this triggers additional protective measures beyond standard account closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

bb44 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following self-service responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of bb44.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bb44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by events outside bb44's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, third-party provider outages, or acts of God.

• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses attributable to a Player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bb44 will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the bb44 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and any applicable Balance return.

17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. bb44 operates as a platform directed primarily at players in Bangladesh and conducts its operations with reference to the legal framework applicable in that market.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the bb44 Platform, you should first contact the bb44 support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bb44 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. bb44 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitration or dispute resolution mechanism as determined by bb44 at the time of the dispute.
